Quicksilver - Aggressive with upgrades

Quicksilver relies on boosting his stats and then making the most out of his event cards. This deck focuses on allowing him to cycle through his event cards as often as possible by using upgrades, supports and allies to stay out in play. Upgrades and supports in turn help boost up his stats and allies can be used for defence while in hero form.
