"What is steel compared to the hand that wields it?"

Ok, so I'm going to cheat just a bit here. Kwannon(the body being used here by Betsy) was a martial artist and assassin trained by the Hand. Her kit reflects some of that with her upgrades. I'm building this deck with a tiny rules adjustment to give her the Martial Artist trait, and to be fair I'm assuming she's lost the X-Force trait. I've done a similar thing with Peter Parker, swapping Avenger out for Web-Warrior.

Psylocke can lean into Skill cards with Training Regimen to tutor whichever one she needs. She also has built in flexibility in how much she thwarts for with her basic activation and Mental Detection, so Stealth Training is effective with her. That was the main goal of this deck, getting lots of stuns out, since I usually don't like to defend with her. Move in Shadow and Know Your Enemy (boosted by Operative Skill) gives additional flexibility and multi-thwarting capabilities.

Because she'll have so much thwarting, she should be using her basic activation for attacking unless she needs it to exactly clear a scheme. For solo, you could consider swapping in Specialized Training for Lay the Trap to boost her ATK.

She'll also get damage through Float Like a Butterfly triggered by her in-kit confuses and her allies attacking.

Quake and Scarlet Witch are just cheap allies as sources of damage, and Chance Encounter can recycle the ally you need.

In multiplayer, add an extra copy or two of Skilled Investigator(a very easy to play tutorable card from Training Regimen) and/or another copy of Float to put on other players and remove the two copies of One Way or Another.
