An Overly Aggressive Attorney

The goal of this deck is to flip a lot but mostly stay in Alter Ego. Do chip damage until you can play raising hell and cross-examination in one turn. Kill the first phase, then play those cards and kill the second phase. This has beaten Expert Ronan and Expert Magneto.
