This is just a silly deck based on the title to have a Champion hero draw a bunch of cards. Maria Hill is the OG card-draw ally (along with Nick Fury) so it became a Leadership deck. They are both SHIELD-traited and Miles is the Champion hero with SHIELD crossover in his hero kit (hello, Jefferson Davis). So, here we are.
Run an ally down with Command Team then recur them via Rapid Response (note that Ironheart and Moon Girl must be played from hand for their card draw effects).
Double Life and Recruitment Drive is a fun combo.
