Using only events with energy resources, this deck began with pairing Bait and Switch with You'll Pay for That. The villain attacks, remove threat from the main scheme, take damage, remove threat from a side scheme, place the events under Ionic Physiology to heal damage taken.
If defending, True Grit could remove threat from another scheme (with Heroic Conditioning, Heroic Intuition, and Surveillance Specialist, Wonder Man has 5 THW). If a side scheme is cleared, exhaust Skilled Investigator to draw a card.
Turn the Tide could do damage if all threat has been removed from the main scheme or a side scheme. Exhaust Wonder Man to play Bombs Away and clear the field of minions.
