This deck came together from a simple idea; see how much we can screw with the encounter deck.
Almost every card here can manipulate or benefit from the manipulation of, the encounter deck.
General play tips:
- Don't waste 3 pip cards. Find a way to use them if you can.
- Use Global Logistics to set up Infiltration when possible
- Use your preps liberally. You can probably get them back with Agent Coulson or Practiced Plan
(If you'd like to take out the Pulse Grenades, I won't blame you. I just have them here because I think they're funny and on theme)
