Get Behind Me Dum Dum!

This deck is all about trying to use Falcon’s Soup Kitchen and Evaluate Threat to get Dum Dum Dugan into play and keep him alive. Soup Kitchen and/or Evaluate Threat also helps us pay for The Pericles, which I’ve been looking for an excuse to play outside of Maria Hill.

How will we keep Dum Dum on the table? We’ve got a Med Team on standby to heal him up. We can prevent his consequential damage using Aerial Evacuation, which also lets us flip down to use our soup kitchen to get some more S.H.I.E.L.D. supports like Ops Room on the table that Dum Dum can use to boost his stats. Ready for a Fight is another way to flip down to help us get out more allies and supports with Soup Kitchen. We have a built in way to ready him with Talon Line. We can also give Dum Dum lots of toughs with The Pericles and Muster Courage. Redwing is a nice outlet when you have a bunch of resources leftover in your hand and everything is out on the table, but it can also be an extra resource in a pinch to get out Pericles or Dum Dum.

I played this deck alongside a Nick Fury Justice deck that handled any thwarting or smaller enemies that showed up. So far with this duo, I’ve beaten Expert Vision, Expert Nebula, and Expert Loki God of Lies. In the game against Vision, I managed to get both Pericles and Dum Dum out on the table in the same turn! This deck has been a lot of fun to play, but I’m definitely hoping to get some feedback for more improvements.
