You will also add the Environment of The Time Stone ( Infinite Gauntlet 7/7)

Steve Rogers retains all of his Alter-ego and Hero abilities ("I Can Do This All Day" and "Living Legend") and gains all those of Dr. Strange and Stephen Strange as printed on both sides of his Identity card. ("Spell Mastery" and "Natural Talent")

Setup:

The Soldier Supreme starts the game with Captain America's Shield and Cloak of Levitation drawn to your hand from your deck then shuffle you deck.

Setup the invocation deck just as you would when playing Dr. Strange.

The invocation deck will play just as it does when playing Dr. Strange.

Time Stone Environment:

When The Time Stone is drawn to your hand it immediately enters play and you draw another card. It functions as a support and can be used once per phase. It is exhausted after each use.

If it is ever force discarded as supports sometimes are it is given to the villain. In the villains possession it takes its special effects at the end of each villain phase.

In order to get it back all threat from the main scheme must be removed and in one action a minimum of 4 damage and a stun must be done to the villain. After this is accomplished it returns to play in your posession.

Time Stone Use in possession of Soldier Supreme

Exhaust Time Stone - Draw the top four cards of the encounter deck and remove threat from among the schemes for as many boost symbols that are revealed. Replace the four cards back on top the encounter deck in any order you wish.

Exhaust Time Stone - Cancel all effects of any treachery encounter card revealed and discard it.

This Deck is derived from my "Living Legend" deck which is designed to stand toe to toe with expert Thanos.

It doesn't rely on the need to stun or confuse the villain to survive.

It is an "Anti-Stun Lock"

It is a perfect deck to add the skills of a master of the mystic arts, protector of our reality and keeper of the time stone to.

The Soldier Supreme brings physical ablility, agility and stamina of a Living Legend to master the mystic arts.

He doesn't like bullies no matter where they are from and that now includes the metaphysical world.

The man out of time will now have it and will use it to destroy all who dare to damage the physical world as well as the metaphysical one to protect the sacred time line.
