Initiative Assemble

Captain Marvel remains a great character after all this time. This is the most recent update of one of my original, classic, go-to blue decks, with the addition of some of the latest cards that make her even better. This approach treats allies as more than just chump-blockers (and/or those cards that buff minions are also sources of lightning energy).
