Ant-Man isn't built to defend but to absorb damage into tough then dish it out via Dauntless (and occasionally Cuts Both Ways). Reduce attacks by stunning enemies using Stun Gun and Wrist Gauntlets.

Perseverance (following Resize), Muster Courage, Hidden Base, and Establish Perimeter all dole out tough status.

Flip down to alter-ego, get a tough status from Hidden Base, heal at least 1 with Time to Unwind, then pop up Ready for a Fight.
