Cameo Spiderwoman's Captain Marvel and side kick her (also get her a sky cycle - to resolve the non-aerial aspect). Keep her ticking over for card draw with heals/recoveries and flight sqaudron.
The rest is rolling through the healing of ionic physiology and making good use of Adam Warlock to keep the the health topped off (consider a symbiote suit for 3/4 player, where the extra hazard will have a lesser impact).
