In the Superior Spider-Man comics, the consciousness of both Peter Parker and Otto Octavius vie for control. Otto Octavius, super genius, turns an already gadget savvy Spider-Man into a tech-forward hero.
He founded Parker Industries (NYSE: PI) as an advanced technologies company with worldwide interests. Headquartered in Manhattan, Parker Industries employed thousands people with buildings around the world.
At the Brooklyn Division, Cindy Moon broke in to steal technology. A week later it was burglarized again, this time by Black Cat and Silk.
Ultimately, the Superior Spider-Man (Doctor Otto Octavius in Peter Parker's body) aimed to prove himself a more effective, efficient, and "superior" hero than Peter Parker by repurposing technology for the greater good.
