Black Panther is going to boost his inherent retaliate ability to defend the Dora Milaje so that they can attack and thwart. This deck views the Black Panther suit upgrades as bonuses, all Protection upgrades take priority.
Jocasta holds on to Cuts Both Ways for double retaliate on each attack that round. Desperate Defense, I Can Do This All Day, and Indomitable ready Black Panther for multiple defends in a single turn. Electrostatic Armor pings a damage to the attacker each time, too.
Ready for a Fight allows safely returning to alter-ego any time for recovery without worrying about the main scheme. Quincarrier is on hand to reliably provide the required strength resource.
Note there are no additional resource cards, just Vibranium.
