This is a pretty standard protection deck for Angel featuring Ever Vigilant and Repurpose.
Angel's forms make him very versatile and able to put out good damage when you don't need maximum threat removal.
Just the Aerial loop will take you pretty far, while Repurpose is there for explosive late game turms.
