Imitation is the name of the game

For a justice build I wanted to design a high card draw build using Imitation Shape, to help get setup. There is plenty of thwart here between the events, the stat buffs and allies to keep the threat under control while you get yourself set up. Then you can shapeshift into Hulk shape when you're ready to deal out some burst damage.

I know I'm not the first person to come up with it, but using Chance Encounter to recur Wiccan is great as you can either get a Shapeshifter Strike or Impersonation if you need burst damage/thwart, or you can go get yourself a double resource with Shapeshifter to help with your build out.

If you are against a scenario that has a lower threat threshold then feel free to go into winged form instead, you'll lose some card draw but should still be quite effective.
