I was thinking The Power in All of Us + Enhanced would help me play a smoother game with Winter Soldier. I pretty quickly realized, this may be one of the most justified Basic-only decks I have ever made or played. Sure, you could add in some clutch card from Leadership or Justice or Aggression, but every card in this deck has its place.

I think the only notes I have are:

— First Aid is primarily for keeping Black Widow on the board and in action for Winter, Widow, Soldier, Spy, but in multiplayer you could also use it on someone else's worthy ally, or even on yourself when dealing with direct damage villains.

— I see Cell Phone as justified here even in solo, because it's more affordable as a target for The Power in All of Us or Energy, Genius, Strength, and because it can help smooth out your ability to finish a side scheme or finish a minion to proc all of Winter Soldier's "defeat an enemy" triggers.

— The single copy of Practiced Plan should help you avoid the situation of playing Winter, Widow, Soldier, Spy and not having a preparation in discard.
