Point Man (Current)

This is my first successful stab at making a deck using Current Environment deck restrictions (as of Dec. 2025). It's not exactly swinging for the fences, as it uses a lot of recent cards that were clearly designed with Winter Soldier in mind, but there are some fun interactions with "older" Current cards. I've got some other ideas cooking, but they haven't come together as quickly as this one.

What do you do with this deck? Well, you do exactly what Winter Soldier is good at, use Spoiling for a Fight, Safe House #30 and, in multiplayer, Target Spotter to set up allies, and then take them down, getting benefits in the process and using Metal Punch and Bambino to overkill onto the villain.

You do have access to a few fun bonuses to stack onto this. Blood Rage and Winter Mask net you some bonus cards when taking an an enemy down, while Silent Infiltration readies and confuses, then Suppressing Fire heals you up.

You have easy access to Suppressing Fire with Air Cover and Aggressive Stance will provide you with your choice of your 7 hero attack cards.

The Black Widow and Captain America allies are both solid allies and are bumped up even more by their excellent Team-Up cards.

I don't think it's a surprise that Winter Soldier functions well in the Current Environment, but he is less of a puzzle to figure out as we move forward with it.
