By boosting She-Hulk's HP, you in turn boost her ATT potential. With a deck filled with Teamwork, Skilled Strike, and Mean Swing, you can boost your basic attacks frequently at low cost.
Hulk is an extra use for damage when needed, and Jessica Drew makes it safer to use him by checking the top card of your deck first.
