Stick-To-Itiveness grants an additional ready on top of Reboot. Cutupper allows a stun to pair with Phase Disruption's confuse. Finally, Healing Factor extends Vision's hero form longer until flipping down to recover, where he'll enjoy extra Down Time by the pool.
