Spider-Ham-What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger

Simple. Take lots of one-off damage from cards like spider-tingle (which you can activate three times per encounter card) to gain three toon counters per encounter card. Other cards' energy barrier and deflection allow you to only prevent damage up to one, allowing you to gain toon counters.
