An X-Men, S.H.I.E.L.D., Mall Security 4th of July

I've been struggling with Jubilee. So, here's what I'm focusing on:

Allies: to assist and protect (and Husk to covet Jubilee's resource cards) Events: Jubilee's Coat & Sunglasses want events Beat Cops: Essentially they are Mall Security to handle the Shopping Mall.
