Intro

This deck is meant to be combined with Black Panther Shuri deck, hereafter referred to as PantherS. This deck combined with PantherS beat Expert Rhino, Klaw, Ultron, Mutagen Formula, Horsemen and Magnetto using Villian Theory's best mods at somewhere between +1 and +3. As a full disclosure I ran this using D20's houserule where you sub out signature ally with the Team-up card.

These decks ran relatively well as both tempo and build out decks, able to adjust depending on the board state. I had some unexpectedly quick victories and some where I had to pivot and build out quite a bit.

I think these decks can handle steady, but it will be a struggle a lot at the beginning. Obviously, this combo is not well-suited for Stalwart opponents.

Idea

The idea is to deal massive firepower attacks with Directed Force, Honed Technique and Float Like a Butterfly. Help maintain some threat, and flip a lot for massive hand sizes. Use Jarnborn in Classic Black Panther fashion and to exhaust for Firepower. Nothing revolutionary here, just fun big damages. Your maximum firepower is 8, 8, 8 and you should be hitting at least 7, 7, 7 once a game. When I'm getting ready to close out the game I'll hold a directed Force or Firepower depending on deck size and what's in my discard. Alternatively, try and set up Keep Up The Pressure for an easy clear.

You will want to alternate flipping every other round with PantherS, especially after you get The Golden City online.

Priorities

Honestly, this deck does fairly well with very little. I'd prioritize Panther Claws and Energy Daggers due to being weapons, and Jarnborn. I didn't get Honed Technique down every game, but most of them. Quincarrier is pretty nice for Thor kicker and Honed Technique. I'd play Lock and Load every chance I could, the value for both players was huge and the threat threshold was reasonable.

Flex Spot

I'd probably drop Build Support, these decks just didn't often have enough thwarting to make it worth it. I could see any argument of Honed Technique not being worth it with only 1 target, but I got my value from it many games. I like the allies, but Hulk, Sunfire, Iron Heart and Throg could all be switched for your favorite allies.

Conclusion

Just a pretty basic blow up the villian in one round kind of build. Firepower can take down half the health of most villians stage threes, then you can easily clean up the rest with the Panther Siblings. If you aren't scared of the Stage three flip, then just playn tempo and you'll finish them off in short order.
