this is a Cyclops deck mainly focused on his tactics and optic blasts. a few upgrades to ready up, heal, or remove threat. but the main point is to consistently draw or redraw to put Full Blast back into the deck. constant flipping will occur to do Plan of Attack and Mutant Education for these better tactics or attacks.
Cool deck idea! I love Plan of Attack to draw out more Ricochet Beams and Mutan Education to cycle in Full Blast more often. Definitely a concept I didn't expect to see in Aggression. You may be able to throw in Hope Summers to help grab another Full Blast on demand as well.
