Campaign deck to be played with leadership Captain America. As the cap needs time to setup his army of minions, ahem...allies, Bucky is going to take some hits. So, this deck aims to give him some defensive power with still enough power to hit the villain or odd minion every now and then.
Edit: The original version was illegal (had the Black Widow from core set as well). It also didn't play that well. This removes some of the S.H.I.E.L.D. aspect and adds more tech. Jemma and Helicarrier help pay for all the tech.
Super-Soldiers is included because this deck is for campaign played with Captain America in leadership. Cap and his Avenger swarm deal with the enemy and Winter Soldier blocks the boss, clears annoying minions etc. so that Cap can finish the boss.
