I built this for collector 1 by getting rid of all "disposable" cards.
For some of the events, like Preemptive Strike, I would try to put them on George and wait for a good time to use them.
The deck does not have tons of econ, so I would prioritize the web-bracelets and helicarrier, and I tended to leave ticket' unplayed to use as a resource card.
