The Riches of Wakanda

This deck leverages two 'Pool cards to notably increase the amount of BP upgrade activations: Stick-To-Itiveness and Tic-Tac-Toe. Use Build Support to cheat in Quincarrier for consistent use of the former, and use the latter to readily heal T'Challa. On top of that, this deck is ridiculously flush with resources on account of the triples and the usual abuse of Ironheart, Moon Girl, and Nick Fury for absurd card draw.
