Doctor Strange is known as the best hero in the game. So, I decided he wasn't allowed to have any fancy aspect cards, only using colorless cards.
And as expected, this deck is insane, because once everything gets assembled, Dr. Strange can use his Invocations every turn while playing an ally and still possibly casting Magic Blast or Basic Spell to deal more damage.
The early part is getting your Supports and Upgrades out, and with so much card draw, you shouldn't have any issue with this. Use Allies and your tough invocation to survive the early onslaught. Endurance also helps provide some extra life if you have to use Bloodgem.
Once you have your engine built, then you can start having big turns with Assess the Situation. If you're playing solo, you can probably take the villain out in 2-3 turns.
You could substitute Machine Man for Professor X if you really think you need confusion, and Mockingbird for War Machine for stuns, but I don't think you really need the extra stuns and confuses if you use the Invocations and Magic Blast.
I really like Machine Man and Plan B since you'll have extra cards and resources some turns and these cards allow you to burn through those. Plus, War Machine can block for you twice while dealing some damage out in between.
So, yeah. Dr. Strange needs no fancy aspects. He still does insane stuff with just the colorless cards.
