Boomguy’s challenge to build decks using Air Supremacy gave me the push to finally publish one! I’ve been working on this list for a while as a long-time Thor player, and the release of some key cards in Magneto and Falcon's packs really brought everything together. It felt like the right time to share my first deck!

This deck is built around solving a common issue with Thor: he’s great at summoning minions for card draw and resource value, but often struggles to clean them up efficiently. This list turns that setup into a strength.

The core gameplan:

Step 1: Engage minions

Use cards like:

  • Squared Off to engage a minion and get an Aerial ally into play
  • Defender of the Nine Realms to control threat and help clear build support for Asgard
  • Face the Past to draw five and ready Thor
  • Hugin and Munin to keep your allies active and help set up your board

Step 2: Let the setup do the work

You’re drawing cards, building your board, and putting multiple Aerial allies into play while engaging minions along the way.

Step 3: Make Air Supremacy shine

In most decks, Air Supremacy can feel like a dead card without enough targets. That’s never a problem here! Thor has no shortage of ways to pull minions onto the board, making Air Supremacy consistently a great option. You’ll almost always have at least two targets (villain + a minion), and often many more.

Step 4: Close it out

Once the board is cleared, lead your aerial allies against the villain with Aero giving everyone a boost and Hammer Throw your way to victory!

Thanks for checking this deck out!
