Full Arsenal Loaded - Winter Soldier

Still working on this, tweaking and figuring things out. The idea is to take full advantage of Firepower both with allies holding weapons and myself holding weapons. It's a 45 card deck, but intend for a fair amount of the cards to go down and naturally thin the deck for being upgrades.
