Get this Bucky a Shield

Highlights:

• Bucky can have problems with his economy. This deck addresses that by giving him plenty of resources and card draw (Mission Leader, recurring Maria Hill). And if you end up with too many resources in hand, cache one in the Resource Reserve.
• Band Together works great in this deck, with several low cost allies to work off you usually will have at least two allies in play.
• Captain America's Shield gives us a welcome DEF boost and even MOAR DAMAGE. However, note that the shield toss is not an attack so it will not trigger Lethal Protector if you use it to finish off a minion. Use it to soften up a large minion or hit the villain instead.
• Hugin & Munin will quickly become your best friends. At time of writing, there are no published Winter Soldier decks with H&M, but I expect that will quickly change. Not only do they summon a minion to fight (which we need for threat removal), they also can ready two to three other characters! All for 2 cost?! Crazy value.

I've tested this deck both in solo and multiplayer, and it is loads of fun. It has very little problem with either damage or threat removal as long as there are minions to spar with (which you can summon with two different cards). And even without minions, his allies can still thwart for quite a bit. Bucky can be brittle, so don't be afraid to flip down and recover often. It also gives you a chance to use the Safe House #29 for more minions and card draw.
