"Whatever!" - A 4-Pack Challenge

This is a deck constructed not only for the four-pack challenge - in which you construct a deck with only the Core Set and up to four other packs - but also as an example for New Player Guide. Jubilee is hero that needs to take elements from a lot of places, as a review of just about every published deck would indicate. For a new player, this has to be imposing, so I went even further and restricted the Hero Packs I was selecting to just Mutant Genesis-forward. My goal with this deck was to lean into confusion, to make the most of cards like Cypher and Float Like a Butterfly. From there, we focused on making Jubilee's Coat as relevant as possible, packing in thwart events.
