Maria Hill has quit her job at S.H.I.E.L.D. to join the Democratic Order of Planets. As the Director of DOOP, she has access to a full fleet of space ship supports. And she wants them all on the field at once to overwhelm the enemy and take up as much space on the table as possible

"She’s built like a steakhouse but handles like a bistro."

Maria Hill needs time to setup. Have your friends fight off the forces of evil while she hides in terror as your sacrifi... forces build up. Brannigan's Law prevents Maria from intervening in undeveloped villain affairs, after all. Letting other people nearly die while you're building your strength is the Zapp Brannigan way.

"If we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate!"

Helicarrier is a top priority. You have to pay full price to play it. Luckily with The Power in All of Us it can be cheap. Use Helicarrier to play Government Liaison for even more free resources on Maria's expensive support units. You may only be able to use Government Liaison on one card at a time, but they can always be used for Organizational Support later! S.H.I.E.L.D. Director, despite not carrying the DOOP name, is great to get out once you want to start building your fleet. Just try not to crash the Helicarrier or Command Team too quickly.

"Anyone without a ship should secure a weapon and fire wildly into the air"

Try to use Special Funding on things like Support Staff and Command Team if you don't have any of Maria's big supports to spend them on. Otherwise, The Bellerophon, The Circe, The Iliad, The Douglass, and The Pericles are the top prioirity for those bonus counters.

"You win again gravity!"

The Power in All of Us can be used on nearly any card in this deck that isn't a 6-cost support, a Maria card, or the 4 leaderships cards. Use them to play allies if Helicarrier and Government Liaison aren't available. Don't forget about Organizational Support turning all your allies and supports into Helicarrier, as well. Shield allies are expensive, after all

"As you all know, the key to victory is the element of surprise. Surprise!"

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a useful bonus ability to tap an ally for if you run across a VERY bad treachery, as well. Not a priority to get out, though.

"If you’ve come in peace, surrender. If you’ve come here to make war, we surrender."

Using Maria's Reassignment ability to take counters off of Command Team will make those 6 cost supports stick around even longer. Add counters to The Circe whenever you can with S.H.I.E.L.D. Director and Reinforcements. Target Victoria Hand to get a second ally out on that same turn by readying The Circe up again. Agent 13 can do it, too! Don't forget you can get allies out of your friend's hands with it, as well if you don't have any targets

"One day, a man has everything. And then the next day, he blows up a $400 billion dollar space station. And then the next day, he has nothing. It makes you think."

Don't be afraid to throw out The Hard Call when a support is about to disappear. Your deck's gonna be very thin toward the end of the game, so trying to keep The Bellerophon or The Douglass alive when you can get 6 damage out of it is likely not worth it. Be sure to yell "Stop exploding, you cowards!" when you play it.

"When I'm in command, every mission is a suicide mission."

If you've got too many allies on the board, block with them. The Triskelion will aid in that, but feel free to send wave after wave of your own men to block attacks. Even the strongest of villains will eventually hit their pre-set kill limit.

Or you can keep those allies and yourself alive with the The Pericles, I guess

"If there's a villain out there I can't kill, I haven't met him and killed him yet."

Good luck, and remember this is meant to be a multiplayer deck. Don't forget to thank your friends for taking care of the first couple turns with some kind of medal. Just make sure it's not a bigger one than yours
