This is a revision to my first ever Marvel Champions deck! I have played many more games and listened to the All Hands on Decks podcast for suggestions on the original list! Thanks guys!
First off this is designed to be the dedicated justice deck for multiplayer games. The strategy here is to consistently thwart turn after turn. [Shrink](/card/05011) makes this very easy so in order to get that in play as fast as possible I suggest aggressive mulligans and failing that [Superpower Training](/card/40059) is in the list as a backup way to go and grab it. So don’t be afraid to discard your whole hand at the beginning of the game in an effort to obtain one of these two cards.
[Ms. Marvel](/card/28002) is all about events so in total there are twenty in the deck along with seven resource cards to help with playing these events. The Morphogenetics ability makes the deck very consistent. Being able to play a single thwart card twice in a turn can really save the day! Or in the case of [Crisis Averted](/card/15012) which would be tough to play twice in a turn just returning it to hand and saving it for the following turn can really stabilize the threat in the late game.
[Impede](/card/18016) is an auto include in my opinion since it does exactly what [Ms. Marvel](/card/28002) wants to do without having to use her activation to do it. [Multitasking](/card/15013) and [Even the Odds](/card/40052) both pair really well with [Shrink](/card/05011) and I agonized over the number of [Even the Odds](/card/40052) to include in this list! Which brings me to my current considerations…
Considering:
I see all my decks as continuous works in progress so here are some of the balances I’m considering: Right now the deck has two upgrades make money in [Biokinetic Polymer Suit](/card/05009) and [Sense of Justice](/card/14030) and they are always very nice when it comes to playing events twice in a turn. I’m considering maybe swapping in a [Helicarrier](/card/01092) for one of the resource cards. But more testing is needed in its current form.
There could be an argument for more [Even the Odds](/card/40052) in the list if the villain is side scheme heavy or if the player count is higher than two. The card is really formatted well for use alongside [Shrink](/card/05011).
As always thanks for reading my ramblings and please feel free to make suggestions for the list!
