I thought, "What the hell is Touched currently the most?"
The strongest trait is the obvious psionic trait of Dee's Disagreement.
Air is the most important trait for a rogue to be impressed by their allies, and if they can have dive bombs, polished skills, and allies, then they are not.
Out of the basic allies, Legion, X, and Emma are Psionic. However, X supports Voltron to the right. So we like Legion to go with Voltron.
Out of the Aggression allies, the psionic is psylocke. She is really Voltron.
The core of this advanced is to build up a psylocke and Legion Voltron in Advanced, and equip them with polished skills and basic upgrades/supports like X-jet. And the Rogue's Demon!
From the second item, aggressively use psionic and aerial events. Rogue is a very empty hero. She offers much more endurance and can be improved with strong aerial and psionic abilities in the second section.
