Are you tired of the same old flavors? Tired of blueberry (leadership), strawberry (aggression), lime (protection), butterscotch (justice), and bubble gum ('pool)?
Then give vanilla (basic) a try! This Magneto deck helps Magneto be Magneto. It was designed and tested in multiplayer, but could work in solo. This deck has Magneto playing a support role. He already has good economy and a little bit of everything in his hero deck, so I added in some allies, supports, player side schemes, and events to help other teammates.
The basic game plan is:

Get Asteroid M, X-Mansion, and Moira MacTaggert down ASAP. Build Support can help with this.

You'll hopefully have some of these down by the first time you flip to Alter Ego. In addition to his alter ago ability, along with Mutant Education and X-Men Instruction can get your best cards and allies back in your deck.

Heal you and your friends allies with First Aid. Play copies of Endurance to help out.

Do Magneto stuff, and play allies. Maximize your basic activations with Magneto's Armor and Magnetic Pull. With both Magneto's Cape and Utopia in play, you could potentially get two extra readies, if you can play an ally.
