Despite the label, this deck only requires 4 packs - the core set, Wolverine, Magneto, and Storm - and you don't need the core if you don't want to use Make the Call. This was built as a budget concept to pair with some of my other recent budget deck designs. The idea is very straight forward. Keep the allies coming to handle attacks from the villain and his minions while Wolverine focuses down the villain. In multiplayer, you should be able to block for your teammate(s) most turns, allowing them to continue the assault on the villain/schemes. In all of my test games, I never needed to flip back to Alter-Ego mode.
