Hawkeye on the Street

Been trying to find a Hawkeye deck I like and this one seems promising. A lot of thwart, a lot of cards you can mulligan first turn to dig for things you want, preferably at least an Electric Arrow so you can start laying down some stun right out of the gate.

Ideally you'll be able to keep the threat low so you can flip to cover and dig for your kit when you need.

So far I've only burned through a couple of Rhinos, so it needs a lot more testing.
