The Doctor is my favorite superhero so I've created an improved base deck for him. The idea is to be able to defend himself and have the wizard ready in the hero phase. I've added more universal resources to maximize the magic bolt and the Quincarrier as a second Eye of Agamotto in case it takes a while to come out.
