When I saw thave both Captain Britain and Rachel Summers were Justice cards, I knew I had to make this deck. Amanda is a good stand-in for Meggan. Banshee's there because why not. They operate in his neck of the woods.
Theme aside, I had so much fun tuning this deck. Nightcrawler already does everything decently, so he's great with any aspect.
