Living in Denial

A new player asked for help with deckbuilding. They want to play Scarlet Witch and only have her plus Core, Cap, Strange, Ant-Man and Wasp. They mentioned playing with their girlfriend, so i built with 2- player i mind, and on a build that would work well against Core villains.

I've found Wanda to work well in protection. This deck combines her hero cards and protection cards to deny both damage and unwanted encounter cards.

The first trip through the deck you are going to want to focus on getting out your numerous supports and upgrades whenever you can. This will thin the deck for your second pass where you can use your various resource and card generators to have a huge hand with loads of abilty to play cards.

If you are playing Standard difficulty, Muster Courage will be pretty overpriced until you can get the villain to stage 2. So you may want to treat it as a resource until then.
