Mutant Mayhem caught my attention and i had to see what I could build with it.
Since there are fewer X-Force allies, I feel that using an X-Force character gives the best options since you can include X-Force Recruit to open the cards benefits to more characters. Angel, Psylocke, and X-23 come with appropriate allies built-in for the effect. I opted for X-23.
Mutant Mayhem works best with characters that have "enters play" abilities that can trigger both when initially played, and then trigger again when the card goes off. Best cade scenario goes:
1) both allies do their thing and are on their last HP 2) You play MM 3) Both allies come back, trigger their "enters play" abilities, and then activate again.
It's a pretty hectic turn when this deck pulls it off. Especially if Honey Badger is involved and is trigger more activations for X-23. But you can get so much to happen.
If you are willing to up your deck size, Helicarrier and/or Clarity of Purpose will give you more resources to play with, and if the stars align and use X-Force Recruit, Nick Fury could be used twice in 1 turn, along with another ally.
