For Jubilee's cards, the trio of X-Gene + Clarity of Purpose + X-Jet + "Like, totally!" should guarantee you hit the "different resource" kicker on her cards. Endurance increases her hit points for Clarity of Purpose usage, since she starts with a meager 9.
Outside of her cards, she will lean into Hit and Run and Multitalented, ideally via Power in All of Us to guarantee you get the varied resources necessary for her Coat and Sunglasses to trigger off of it. If you don't happen to have them the same time as Power in All of Us, then you can just the resource to play Lockjaw from the discard.
With Team Training, Lockjaw can get 2 activations and still block. With Ready for Action, he can likely block more than once, keeping your hit points up for resource generation!
EVA is one of the few ways to remove threat from Shopping Spree outside of exhausting, which you can time to trigger Mission Leader if you aren't in a hurry for the rewards; or otherwise, bring it to 1 threat so a teammate can roll down and get an item for free with one exhaust!
You will need to roll down occasionally (probably from a pesky encounter card attack), which will refresh Wolverine's hit points. If you need him back at full health sooner, you can play Mutant Mayhem to reset him and Fantomex.
When you do go to alter ego to heal, you can have a Ready to Rumble in play so that when you flip up to hero form, you're ready to exhaust for a resource the same time you healed. (Note that when Magneto's hero pack gets released, Ready to Rumble will be replaced with Noble Sacrifice to heal 4 + gain tough using Lockjaw, who you can immediately replay; I suspect I will need to flip down to alter-ego far less once that happens).
I like the use of ready to rumble here.
