This is a fairly standard Repurpose Iron Man deck, inspired from MiguelCantillo3's "Iron Man - Perfected 2.0" deck, with some discarding goodness added in to help get set up quickly with tech upgrades and help defend for Ironheart while she sets herself up for big turns.
