The goal of this deck is simple DRAW as many cards as you can! This hinges on getting Capt. Marvel into play and powering her up with Sky Cycle and Inspired. Also, Inspiring Presence to maximize her uses per turn and Team Training to give her extra health. The Med Teams are critical to keep Capt. Marvel in the game, so don’t let her die. If playing with encounter cards that can damage her (concussive blast from under attack) make sure you are never 1 hit away for death.

The basic cards I found to be very helpful for getting Capt. Marvel into play, but also to play multiple cards per turn once she is build up. And since the basic cards all stay on the table that thins your deck for your aspect cards for the future.

Early game I was not worried about maximizing Superhuman agility, but to build for the future. Now I still had to make sure I was dealing with whatever problem that was in front of me though. Mainly removing threat. The damage will come later in the game so, we just need to keep the threat neutralized. The key ingredient to keeping threat down Pheromones! Pheromones allows you, in solo, 2 relatively worry free turns. And once you get your card draw engine running you should have it any time your need it. Don’t be afraid to save it to maximize its usefulness.

Lastly, don’t be afraid to Defend if you have Indomitable. Superhuman agility really buffs your defense to allow to to stop both villain and minion attacks efficiently. Her obligation isn’t too bad of your are exhausted, but try not to be because of you don’t have the treat on the main scheme under control that could lead to disaster.

Other cards I included and why: Night Nurse: protects you from stun & confuse. Not a priority, but nice to have. Momentum Shift: Allow you to heal in hero form and not spend time recovering. Energy Barriers: Because they are the best. But in this build not a priority. Allies: (These allies are efficient & make great blockers) Maria Hill: Cheap & Card Draw. Squirrel Girl: Cheap & can knock tough off (very helpful verse Zola’s minions) Kate Bishop: Cheap & can stay in the table. Endurance: Cheap, BoostS health and stays on the table.

I ran this build through Solo Expert campaign and verse the other villains on Expert. I completed each game with 10+ health. The game is shaky at first because once your built I feel like this is better than a built Iron Man. I haven’t increase the stakes by adding the harder encounter modular set yet. Just what was recommended. Enjoy!
