Setting up Black Cat with Inspired, Sidearm and Honorary Avenger is a great way to start this off. This is made much easier with the addition of Suit Up to our arsenal. We can not only increase the likelihood of drawing Black Cat faster, but we can begin the process of getting those upgrades on her early too.
I prefer to get Inspired and Sidearm out first for the increased ATK and follow that up with Honorary Avenger to allow the next part of the build, namely Power Gloves (for even more damage) and Sky Cycle (to double up all that damage every turn).
The other benefit of Suit Up (and the second copy of Inspired) is that we can draw out the ever helpful Maria Hill (and buff her with Inspired) on a very regular basis.
Quincarrier and Ingenuity were added as resource generators to compliment Peter's own mental resource, generated through his Scientist ability, allowing us to get Moon Girl onto the table and benefit from the maximum card draw from her. Again, the potential is there to buff her with Inspired to THW more.
The usual Web-Warriors were included in the deck to facilitate a faster draw of Warrior of the Great Web, as it can be attached to them (per the requirements of Suit Up).
I also included Clarity of Purpose in this deck after getting the inspiration from Web Warrior Fanactic's great Weaving Threads deck https://marvelcdb.com/decklist/view/37827/weaving-threads-1.0, once again leaving us a Leadership upgrade that can be attached to any ally (per Suit Up).
While this is a hefty deck at 50 cards, the draws from Moon Girl, Maria Hill and Ironheart help, and the effects of these can be replicated repeatedly throughout a deck pass with Suit Up.
