Med Lab is for Maria Hill and Winter Soldier. While Rapid Response is for Goliath,Maria Hill,Agent 13,or even Nick Fury.
By Rapid Response,Synth-Suit can ready Hero form identity even during Hero phase if it is not exhausted.
I like the use of Med Lab. With Widow liking to flip, it’s a great use case! First time I’ve enjoyed using Med Lab.
