This deck for Spider-Man has him defend the whole team. It builds upon SpiderMan´s good DEF of 3 and has all kind of cards to ready him after defending: Desperate Defense and Indomitable. Ideally, he should be able to defend several times during the Villain phase and not take any damage. Defending synergizes with Spider-Man´s signature ability and Unflappable. Preemptive Strike allows for more, Expert Defense for better defenses.
For offense, there is Powerful Punch and Bait and Switch for thwarting.
