Iron Man Mutagen Formula Aggression Challenge

Game 6 - Saturday 12/16/2023 - Iron Man vs Green Goblin (Mutagen Formula) - 7 rounds Iron Man: 0/1, Aggression: 0/2, Green Goblin (Mutagen Formula): 0/1, Overall: 4/2 Loss to damage off an untimely Assault. Wow, that was a lot harder than the previous Green Goblin. He had some naaaaasty minions. A lot of them had guard, and they dealt damage when they died? The second scheme also went up faster the more goblins there were, and all the minions were goblins, so it went up fast if you didn’t kill the minions. But then the Villain would put a threat on the main scheme if he damaged you, so threat naturally went up fast. I also got one-turned with phase one of the main scheme while in Hero form. One for the start of turn, one for damaging me, and then three from an Advance. I don’t think this was a good matchup for Iron Man as he wants to stay as Alter-Ego for two or three rounds to get set up, ideally. Once he’s set up though, man is he fun to play with. He riiiips through his deck, but I don’t think I would want to go higher than 40. He really needs his tech upgrades before he’s online, and a larger deck just makes it take longer. This is also my second loss with Aggression, I really don’t know how to play rush down decks lol, all I know is control, baby! Ingenuity was really good, specifically for getting a guaranteed Ariel every turn. Probably a must have for Iron Man. Anyways, I’ll be back, Norman!
