The SHIELD archetype is powerful when set up, but not many are rich enough to afford them. Black Panther pays for SHIELD with his vibranium!
This deck is pretty straightforward, just playing into your SHIELD cards and using Global Logistics to manipulate the encounter deck and know in advance what the villain will throw at you.
