This deck is a full on No damage defensive build. Leveraging Psylocke’s access to retaliate so that you can get up to an effective retaliate 3, with access to readies so that you can still hit for 3 or thwart for 3 when you need to. This deck was very effective against the Next Evolution villains, defeating each on Expert.
There are lots of low cost upgrades, and once they are all in play, which happens pretty fast with her resource generators, then your deck is thinned and you start cycling through her events. Meanwhile the villain practically takes themself out with your retaliates.
